Mrs ROBERTS was a remarkable woman of the old southern type, generous hearted, devoted to her friends and family, and the writer truly regrets not knowing of her death and burial so I could have been present to witness one of Cobb County's worthy mothers laid to rest. But her life still lives, but her spirit has gone to rest in heaven. Mrs ROBERTS and her son, Mr John ROBERTS, left their farm about 15 years ago and moved to Bartow county to be with Mrs TUMLIN, and had resided there since. Mrs ROBERTS is survived by 3 sons, Mr John ROBERTS, Mr Ernest ROBERTS of Indiana, Mr Eugene ROBERTS of Washington, and her daughter, Mrs TUMLIN. Her step-sons are Mr G C ROBERTS of Marietta, Mr Alf ROBERTS, Mr Wiley ROBERTS, and Mr Charlie ROBERTS, who have the sympathy of the many friends here.
