The Marietta Journal  March 19, 1920
Mr Z M ROGERS, and old resident of this county, died last Friday in his 85th year.

He was born in Spartanburg, S C, coming to Cobb county more than thirty years
ago.  For several years he had made his home in the Soldiers Home in Atlanta. 
His wife died a dozen years ago.

He is survived by five daughters, Mrs D B PARKS, Mrs E D BISHOP, Mrs R W DAVIS,
Mrs J W WALKER and Mrs T N HATTON; and by four sons, Messrs G T, Malcolm, Carl
and Clyde.

His funeral was conducted on Saturday from Blacks Undertaking Parlors, Rev I A
WHITE officiating and the interment was in the city cemetery.
