She was 56 years of age. She married Mr Will SEWELL and moved to Texas, where he died a number of years ago. She returned to this city where she resided until her death. She was a sister of Judge George F GOBER and Mr Will GOBER, and was a most estimable woman. She was a member of the Methodist Church and lived an exemplary Christian life. Her funeral took place at the residence of Mrs P T HAMBY on Thursday afternoon, conducted by Rev Fletcher WALTON and Rev J H PATTON. The interment was in the city cemetery.
