HENRY G. TATUM, 86, RETIRED FARMER


Henry Grady Tatum. 86, of Acworth died Monday.

Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Collins Funeral Home
in Acworth, with the Revs. James Cavitt and John Darnell
officiating.

A Gordon County native, Mr. Tatum moved to Cobb County in
1845. He was a farmer and member of Hickory Grove Baptist
Church.

Survivors include his son, Carl Lee Tatum of Acworth; one
daughter, Helen Hester of Stockbridge; one brother,
Johnson Tatum of Rome; six grand-children and eight
great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 9 p.m. today at
the funeral home.
