Marietta Journal, March 11 1880
From the Marietta Journal dated Thursday, March 11 1880:

MARRIED - On Thursday evening the 4th last, by Rev W F Glenn, at the residence
of the bride's mother in Decatur Ga., Mr W R Power of Marietta to Miss Clara
Pearce.  The happy couple arrived in our city on the 6 o'clock train the same
evening, and were welcomed by their friends.  They have our best wishes for a
blessful and prosperous future.
