The Marietta Journal  October 28, 1897
Prof H H KEMP and Miss Nora WATSON, both of this place, were married at Acworth
last Thursday afternoon by Rev A J MORGAN.  The groom is one of our promising
young men and has been engaged in teaching for some time.  The bride is
pleasant, modest young lady and has many noble traits of character that
constitute true womanhood.  They will leave Monday to enter college at
Hiawasssee.  We wish for them a happy life.  Miss Carlie KEMP will accompany
them where she also will enter school.
