Fifth District -  Lot 115
Written: November 5 1864


      State of Georgia  Coffee  County

              This  Indenture made and entered into this the fifth day of 
November in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and Sixty Four  between Owen 
Vining of the State and County aforesaid of the one part and John Mixon of like 
county and State aforesaid of the other part.

         Witnesseth: - That the said Owen Vining for and  consideration of the 
sum of Four Hundred Dollars($400) to him in hand paid at and before the sealing 
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath 
granted bargained sold and conveyed and do by these presents grant sell and 
convey unto the said John Mixon his heirs and assigns all that tract of land 
lying and being in the Fifth district of originally Irwin County, now Coffee 
County known and distinguished in the plan of said district by the number one 
hundred and fifteen (115), containing four hundred and ninety (490)acres more 
or less with all the rights members and appartenances thereunto belonging..
           To have and to hold
                               the above described lot of land unto the said 
John Mixon, his heirs and assignes forever in fee simple, and the said Owen 
Vining his heirs executors and administrators unto the said John Mixon, his 
heirs and assignes will warrant and forever defend the right and title to the 
said lot of land against themselves and against the claims of all other persons 
whatsoever.
In Testimony whereof the said Owen Vining hath hereunto set his hand and seal 
the day and year first above written.
