Written: June 14 1876


Georgia  Coffee  County
This indenture made and entered into this June 14 year of our lord A.D. 
Eighteen hundred and Seventy Six between Owen Vining and the Court and State 
afore said of the first part and Bany Vining of the same place of the other 
part.
   Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of  Ten Dollars ( $10) 
to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents 
the receipt where of is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, sold and 
conveyed and doeth by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the 
said Bany Vining, his heirs and assigns all of that tract or parcel of land 
situated and lying and being in the 7th District of originally ApplingCounty 
and now Coffee Co. lying on Little Red Bluff Creek, containing 65 acres more or 
less being a part of lot 103,  lying in the Northwest corner of said lot and on 
North side of said creek to have and to hold said tract or parcel of land unto 
him and the said Bany Vining, his heirs and assigns together with as and 
singular the rights, members and appartences thereof to the same except saw 
mill timber in any manner belonging to him and to their own proper use, benefit 
and behoof forever in fee simple.
And the said Owen Vining for himself, his heirs executors and administrators 
and said bargained premises unto the said Bany Vining, his heirs and assigns 
will warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof against themselves 
and against claims of all the other persons whatever.
In withness whereof the said Owen Vining hath hereunto set his hand and affixed 
his seal the day and year written above.

Personally comes D. S. Wall who on oath says that he saw Owen Vining sign seal 
and deliver the within Warranty  Deed.   Sixty , Five Acres  Lot  103  – 7th 
District.
