Daniel Day Obituary
Daniel Jon Day, age 42, of Douglas GA passed away on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at 
Coffee Regional Medical Center. Mr. Day, a native of Canton Ohio was born June 
12, 1968; he is the son of the late Douglas Jon Day & was employed as a clerk in 
patient financial services at CRMC. Funeral services will be held 4:00 p m, 
Saturday, June 19, 2010 at Sims Funeral Home Chapel with Burial at a later date 
in Upper 10 Mile Church Cemetery in Prosperity PA. Survivors include: Wife, Tina 
Day, Fitzgerald GA, Son, Nicholas Matthew Day, Fitzgerald GA, Mother, Donna Book 
& Step-father, Fred Book, Douglas GA, Sister, Debra Parker, Brother, Michael 
Book, Douglas GA, Aunt, Linda Lou Dille, Niece, Danielle Register & Nephew, 
Daniel Register, Douglas GA.. The family will receive friends at Sims Funeral 
Home Today: calling hours are 6:00 until 9:00 PM. Sims Funeral Home is in charge 
of arrangements
