  C. H. Knight, age 75, of Broxton passed away in a boating accident in Wayne 
County on Thursday, September 17, 2015.
 He is preceded in death by his parents, Clarence A. and Missourie Wooten Knight. 
He was an avid fisherman and retired from Amoco Fabrics and Fibers after 37 years.
 He is survived by his sons, J. Cleon (Brenda) Knight and C. Dwayne Knight, both 
of Nashville; daughter, Cindy Knight of Nashville; six grandchildren, Andy, 
Jessica, Jenna, Jamey, Christian and Carman; six great-grandchildren; significant 
other, Grace Kirkland, her children, Jack, Patrick and Mallory; brother, Paul 
(Janice) Knight; two sisters, Clara Mae Knight of Douglas and Adanell (Homer) 
Beasley of Broxton; two aunts; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his 
parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, James Cleon Knight.
 Funeral services were held on Tuesday, September 22 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of 
Sims Funeral Home of Douglas with the Rev. Marshall Adcock and Rev. Mitchell Deems 
officiating.
 Interment was in Pridgen Baptist Church Cemetery.

Arthur Pridgen Rd., Broxton, GA 31519.
 Sims Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements
