Dorothy Sears Obituary
Dorothy Miller Sears, age 83, of Douglas GA passed away on Friday, March 12, 
2010, at home following an extended illness. Mrs. Sears a native of Coffee 
County, GA was born September 25, 1926; she is the daughter of the late Lonnie & 
Iona Merritt Miller. Funeral services will be held 4:00 PM, Monday, March 15, 
2010 at the Broxton First Baptist Church with Burial in the Reedy Branch 
Cemetery near Broxton GA. Survivors include: Son, Dillard (Vonice) Winters, Jr. 
Broxton GA, Daughter, Dena (Edd) Taylor, Douglas GA, Grandchildren, Clint 
Winters, Broxton GA, Kenny Green, Kirkland, Tony McKinnon, Nicholls GA, Jennie 
Davis, Douglas GA, Several nieces & nephews. Sims Funeral Home is in charge of 
arrangements.
