Alfred Moseley Obituary
Alfred Maury Moseley, Sr., age 82, of Douglas GA, formerly of Broxton GA passed 
away on Sunday, March 21, 2010 at Coffee Regional Medical Center in Douglas. Mr. 
Moseley a native of Coffee County, GA was born, November 15, 1927; he is the son 
of the late Cuyler Story, Sr. & Maude Southhall Moseley & he is the widow of the 
late Mary Lonease Newman Moseley. Step-daughter, Patricia Spires Weldon, 
Grandsons, Jonathan & Jerod Yancey preceded him in death. Funeral services will 
be held 11:00 AM, Tuesday, March 22, 2010 at Sims Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. 
Elick Bullington & Rev. Sandra Conley officiating. Burial will follow in the 
Broxton City Cemetery. Survivors include: Daughter, Cindy Hurst, Augusta GA, 
Step daughters, Diane Yancey, Ocilla GA & Sylvia Pridgen, Broxton GA, Sons, 
Michael Moseley, Sr., Broxton GA, Alfred Moseley, Jr., Smyrna GA, Ralph Moseley, 
AL, Ten Grandchildren, Eight Step Grandchildren, Four Great-grandchildren & 
Eighteen Step-great grandchildren. Sims Funeral Home is in charge of 
arrangements.
