 Corine Hamilton Pearson, 85, of Douglas, formerly of Berrien County, died 
January 29, 2013, at Coffee Regional Medical Center after a brief illness.
 She was born on November 30, 1927, in Berrien County to the late Frank and 
Sara Hamilton. She was a loving housewife and wonderful mother. In addition to 
her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Bennett Pearson, 
a daughter, Barbara Gray, and a son, Gary Pearson.
 Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Connie and Wayne Warren of 
Lakeland, Susan and Mark Wessendorf and Judy G. and John Kight, all of Douglas; 
sons, Billy Joe Pearson of Douglas and Ray Pearson of Tifton, numerous 
grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and nieces and 
nephews.
 Funeral services were held February 1 at 11 a.m. at Oaky Grove Primitive 
Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery.
 Donations can be made to Music Funeral Services to assist with funeral 
expenses.
 Music Funeral Services of Lakeland was in charge of arrangements.
