Theodore Simmons Obituary
Theodore Simmons, age 77, of Broxton GA passed away on Friday, February 26, 2010 
at home after an extended illness. Mr. Simmons, a native of Appling County, GA 
was born August 08, 1932: he is the son of the late Quince & Jimmie Evans 
Simmons. Mr. Simmons is a member of the Reedy Branch Baptist Church near Broxton 
GA. Survivors include: Wife, Irene "Shirley" Moon Simmons, Daughter, Linda 
(Dennis) O'Neal, Broxton GA & Margie (Donald) Anderson, Douglas GA, Sons, Joseph 
Morris, Jr., Newnan GA, Troy Daniel Morris & Bruce Newell, Broxton Ga, Sister, 
Willie Simmons Cohen, St. Simons Island GA. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 
PM, Sunday, February 28, 2010, Reedy Branch Baptist Church with Burial in the 
Reedy Branch Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Sims Funeral 
Home on Saturday; Calling hours are 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Sims Funeral Home is 
in charge of arrangements.
