Frances Smith Obituary
Frances Marie Smith, age 87, of Douglas, GA passed away on April 11, 2010 at 
Life Care Center of Orlando, FL, following an extended illness. Mrs. Smith is 
survived by: daughter, Barbara Dale Starr; son, John Lowell Smith, Orlando, FL; 
5 grandchildren; brother, Elias B. Lott, Douglas, GA. A graveside service will 
be held at the Douglas City Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 14, 2010. 
Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her husband, Percy Nowell Smith, Jr. and a 
son, James Nowell Smith. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 13, 
2010 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Sims Funeral Home. Sims Funeral Home is in charge 
of arrangements.
