Warren Smith Obituary
Warren Smith, age 86, of Wray GA, passed away on Thursday, June 10, 2010, at 
Coffee Regional Medical Center in Douglas GA. Mr. Smith a native of Ambrose GA 
was born January 09, 1924; he is the son of the late James Ira & Bessie Vickers 
Smith & the widower of the late Hortel Veal Smith. He was a retired farmer & a 
member of the Wray Holiness Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held 11:00 
AM, Sunday, June 13, 2010, at the Wray Holiness Baptist Church with Burial to 
follow in the New Hope /Church Cemetery near Ambrose GA. The family will receive 
friends on Saturday at Sims Funeral Home; calling hours are 6:00 pm until 9:00 
pm. Survivors include: Daughters, Glenda Faye Vickers & Karen (Mark) Spivey, 
Douglas GA. Kathy (Howard) Holt, Ambrose GA, Son, Donnie (Pam) Smith, Ambrose GA 
& Warren Winford (Diane) Smith, Ambrose GA, Sister, Eunice Traynham, Douglas GA, 
Seventeen Grandchildren & Seventeen Great Grandchildren. Sims Funeral Home is in 
charge of arrangements.
