Willie Lou Strange Obituary
Willie Lou Best Strange, age 94, of Berea, KY passed away on Saturday, May 1, 
2010 following an extended illness. Mrs. Strange was born on November 23, 1915 
to the late Robert Willie Best and Bertha Lou Sowell Best Chasteen. Funeral 
services will be held on Saturday, May 8, 2010 in the First Methodist Church at 
11:00 a.m. with interment following in the Douglas City Cemetery. Survivors 
include: son: George Strange, Berea, KY, grandsons: Jason Strange, Berea, KY, 
Josh Strange, Hoopa, CA; and three great grandchildren. Mrs. Strange was 
preceded in death by her husband, George Orley Strange; stepfather, Carter 
Wesley Chasteen and brother: David Best. The family will receive friends on 
Friday, May 7, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Sims Funeral Home. Sims 
Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
