Mickey Thomas Obituary
Clinton Leniar "Mickey" Thomas, age 69, of Nicholls GA, passed away at home 
after an extended illness. Mr. Thomas a native of Bickley GA was born November 
10, 1940; he is the son of Myrtice Herrin Thomas & the late Sidney Thomas. He is 
a retired truck driver with the logging industry. Funeral services will be held 
2:00 PM, Sunday, August 29, 2010, at the Hope Holiness Church near Nicholls GA 
with Burial to be held in the Calvary Full Gospel Tabernacle Cemetery near West 
Green GA. The family will receive friends at Sims Funeral Home on Saturday: 
calling hours are 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Survivors include: Wife, Mary L. 
Thomas, Sons, Daniel Leniar Thomas, Nicholls GA, David Lydell Thomas, 
Statesville NC, and Joseph Gantrelle Thomas, Alma GA, Daughter, Judy Marie 
Matlo, Lake Marion FL, Sandy Marie Spivey Gonzalez, Nicholls GA, Mother, Myrtice 
Thomas, Nicholls GA, Grandchildren: Carlos Youngblood, Carroll Thomas, Dana 
Barton, Jimmy Thomas, Angel Thomas, Jake Thomas, Emilio "Tad Pole" Spivey, 
Brandon Thomas, Amelia Spivey, Jessica Moore, Bill Sanchez, Bubba J. Thomas, 
Jennifer Thomas, Thomas Anderson, Kelly Buchanan, Jessica Lackey, Steven Lackey, 
Gabriel Moon, Kegan Wayne Rodgers, Joseph Othar Rodgers and 24 Great 
Grandchildren, Brothers, Rev. Sidney V. Thomas, Nicholls GA and William Bernard 
Thomas, Douglas GA, Sister, Rita Sanders, Eastman GA. Sims Funeral Home is in 
charge of arrangements.
