Daniel Patrick Spivey 3rd oldest of the brothers. 
He served in the 22nd BN. GA INF. he drew a CSA Veteran pension and lived and 
died in GA.

Additional Comments:
The 4 Spivey brothers are from Coffee Co.GA. 
Daniel Patrick Spivey, James Erwin Spivey, John David Spivey & Matthew Spivey.
John David Spivey is my GG Grandfather and the other 3 are my GG Uncles.
They were all born in Coffee Co., GA to John A. Spivey and 
Martha Davis Spivey.
