This Indenture, made this 19th day of January in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty between J. H. Bryan of the County of Colquitt of the first part, and W. G. Bryan of the County of Colquitt of the second part: Witnesseth, That the said J. H. Bryan of Coluqitt County, Georgia of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred Dollars in **** paid , the receipt therof is acknowledged, has bargained, sold, and by these presents does remise, release, and forever defend the said W. G Bryan his heirs and assigns, all the right, title, interest, claim or demand, the said J. H. Bryan has or may have in or to said premises here in after described as follows, to-wit: All that tract of land lying and being in the county of Colquitt, State of Georgia, containing twenty three (23)acres near the center of of the North half of land lot one hundred and eight seven (187) bounded on North by land of J. T. Harris, on East by lands of J. T. Harris, on East by lands of J. T. Harris and C. D. Richter and on West by land of Willie A. Smith and being a portion of the 50 acres of lands conveyed by C. M. Dewberry from Joel C. Lockwood dated September 21st. 1917 to J. H. Bryan and recorded in Deed record QQ September 22nd. 1917. With all the rights , members, and appurtenances to the said W. G. Bryan in anywise appertaining or belonging. To have and to hold, the said Bargained premises to the said W. G. Bryan so that neither the said J. H. Bryan nor any one claiming under him, heirs, nor any other person or persons claiming under the said J. H. Bryan shall at any time, by any means or ways, have claim or demand any right or title to the aforesaid promises, or its appurtenances or any rights thereof. In witness whereof, the said J. H.
