Dunn and Alfred J. Dunn minors of said deceased to value and set apart that portion of the personal Estate of the said Waters Dunn deceased that was bequeathed by the will of said deceased to his son Elbert B. Dunn into five lots or portions. We have accordingly viewed valued and set apart the same in manner and form following (to wit) Lot No. 1 (one) to consist of one negro woman named Winny and her child Booker $650 Lot No. 2 (two) to consist of one negro boy Dick 650 Lot No. 3 (three to consist of one negro girl Airy 300 Lot No. 4 (four) to consist of one negro girl Cilla 225 Lot No. 5 (five) to consist of one negro boy Philip 150 The situation of the above property is such that it cannot be equally divided without the larger lots pay the smaller their respective differences. Wherefore it is determined by us that those legatees who may draw a lot valued to more than his her or their portions shall give their note to the other legatee for the amount with interest till paid and after having divided the aforesaid property into five lots above mentioned the aforesaid persons (to wit) Waters Dunn, executor and legatee, Winfred Dunn executrix and legatee and Harrison Kinnebrew for his wife a legatee and Winifred Dunn guardian aforesaid mutually agreed and consented that the choice of the aforesaid lots or portions should be determined and decided by lot – and after drawing it appeared that Winfired Dunn for her ward George W. Dunn drew lot No. 1 (one) and Waters Dunn drew lot No. 2 (two) and Winifred Dunn drew lot No. 3 (three) and Harrison Kinnebrew for himself and wife drew lot No. 4 (four) and Winifred Dunn for her ward Alfred J. Dunn drew lot No. 5 (five) given under our hands and seals this twenty fourth day of December 1816. Josiah Harris Nathan Crawford Jos.
