Estate Records - Ga Archives Written: January 25, 1814 William Dunn Estate Distribution Jan 25, 1814 Georgia Columbia County To John Gartrell, Elias Wellborn, Patrick Daugharty, Bemjamin Williams and Bazil Neal Esqr. or any three or more of them. Whereas John Dunn and others the heirs & Representatives of William Dunn deceased has applied to this Court for distribution of the personal Estate of said deceased, it is therefore ordered that you the said John Gartrell, Elias Wellborn, Patrick Dougharty, Benjamin Williams and Basil Neal or any three or more of you collect together at some convenient time and place giving Mary B. Dunn & John Dunn the Administrators on said Estate due notice of the time and place of your said meeting as also the undernamed Heirs & representatives of said Estate to be present if they choose and you the said Mary B. & John Dunn administrators as aforesaid are required to attend such meeting of said Commissioners and there deliver up all such personal property of said deceased as may Rest in your hands of said deceased Estate and you the said Commissioners are hereby required to make distribution of said Estate amongst the said Heirs & Representatives as aforesaid as directed by the statute by law or otherwise so that each Heir as aforesaid have his equal share in severalty assigned and delivered over by you first taking the following oath before you & each of you enter or proceed to said distribution, the said distribution or partition to be made openly and publicly under your hands and seals and have you the same before the judges of the Court of Ordinary to be held in and for the County aforesaid on the first Monday in March next as also this writ of distribution.
