Hamilton Registered October 26th, 1832 Georgia Columbia County This Indenture made this thirtieth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty two between Waters Dunn of the County and State aforesaid of the one part and Thomas N. Hamilton of the same place of the other part Witnesseth that the said Waters Dunn for and in consideration of the sum of six hundred and sixty five dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and do by these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Thomas N. Hamilton his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County aforesaid on the waters of Greenbrier Creek, containing three hundred acres more or less being part of a five hundred & fifty acre tract of land originally granted to Robert Bolton said grant being dated the twenty seventh of August seventeen hundred and seventy four. And the tract of land now conveyed has such form and shape and boundaries &c as the platt here annexed exhibits. To have and to hold said tract or parcel of land unto him the said Thomas N. Hamilton his heirs and assigns. Together with all and singular the rights members & appurtenances thereof to the same, in any manner belonging to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple. And the said Waters Dunn for himself his heirs executors and administrators the said bargained premises unto the said Thomas N. Hamilton his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof against themselves and against the claims of all other persons whatsoever. In Witness whereof the said Waters Dunn hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year above written. Signed sealed and delivered Waters Dunn in presence of William Tankersly Jr. Thomas J.
