Barden, Clk Georgia Harris County This Indenture made this 2nd day of November in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and fifty Three between Harrison K. Dunn of the County of Harris and State aforesaid of the one part, and Asbury F. Johnston of the County of Harris & State aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Harrison K. Dunn for and in consideration of the sum of Five hundred Dollars to him in hand paid, at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed, and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, alien, convey and confirm unto the said Asbury F. Johnston his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of Land known and distinguished as part of Lot No. One hundred & fifty one in the twenty first (21) District, originally Muscogee, now Harris County, containing one hundred and forty acres more or less, & being the Eastern part of the lot of Land & also thirty acres of Land, more or less, bounded on the North by lot one hundred & fifty one, on the East by No. One hundred & thirty nine, on the S. by the Ridge on top of the Oak _____ _____ & West by W. Glass’s lands, the same being part of Lot No. One Hundred and thirty Eight in the twenty first District Originally Muscogee now Harris County. To have and to hold said tracts or parcels of land unto the said Asbury F. Johnston his heirs and assigns, together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging to him and their own proper benefit and behoof forever, in fee simple, And the said Harrison K. Dunn for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators the bargained premises unto the said Asbury F. Johnston his heirs Executors and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof against himself and against the claims of all person whatever.
