This Indenture made and entered into this 12 day of Dec 1866 between C. M. 
Grant of said County of the first part and W. B. Dunn also of said County of 
the second part Witnesseth that the said C. M. Grant for and in consideration 
of the sum of Five hundred Dollars to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is 
hereby acknowledged has granted bargained sold alied and conveyed and by these 
presents does grant bargain sell alien and conveyed unto the said W. B. Dunn 
his heirs and assigns a part of a certain lot of land in the 21st Dist. Of 
Originally Muscogee now Harris County known in the Plan of said Dist. By Number 
Fory six (46) said bargained premises bearing the west side of said Lot (46) 
containing Fifty acres more or less also a part of a certain lot of land being 
in the same Dist. of Originally Muscogee now Harris County known in the Plan of 
said Dist. by Number Fifty one (51) said bargained premises bearing the south 
half of said Lot (51) containing one hundred acres more or less and the said C. 
M. Grant will warrant and defend the title against the claims of himself and 
against the claims of any and all other persons whosoever.  In witness whereof 
I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal the day and year above 
written.  Signed sealed & delivered
