And I the said Margrett Roussau now wife of William Roussau son of William Russau of the county of Oglethorpe. Do by these presents sell relinquish and deliver unto my said brother Wm. Russau all and every part of my interest or claim to all and every part of the real and personal estate of my said deceased father John Roussau as well (as) such of the aforesaid undivided estate mentioned in said will as such part not so specified the whole of my said claim, not already by me received, is hereby fully relinquished this day to my said brother William aforesaid agreeable to the sale and relinquishment made by my said husband William Russau, to my brother William Roussau bearing date day of one thousand reference to said sale and relinquishment & the last will of said Father will more fully appear. In witness whereof I the said Margaret Roussau hath unto these presents set my hand and affix my seal. This ninteenth day of September eighteen hundred and three—1803 – Signed sealed and delivered In presence of Margaret (X) Roussau Travis Russau Ignatius Few Junr. Georgia Columbia County Personnaly appeared Ignatius Few Junr. and being duly sworn saith that he heard Margarett Roussau daughter of John Roussau deceased acknowledge the with in instrument of writing and also saw Travis Roussau sign his name as the other subscribing witness.
