Son of John Roussau Deceased late of Columbia County the Receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have bargaind & sold and by these presents do Bargain Sell and Assign Over unto the Said Wm Roussau Junior his heirs and assighns all my Rigt Title Interest Claim & Demand of in and to any all and every Part or parcel of the undivided part of the Estate of John Roussau late of sd. County of Columbia Deceased as Pointed out by Last will & Testament now Recorded in said County of Columbia Date the ____ all that part of said Esttate of sd John Roussau willed by his sd last will unto his eldest Daughter Peggy or Margaret Roussau with Every Claim Intention of Claim She the sd Margaret or Peggy Roussau or her heirs Daughter of the sd Deceased John Roussau or may claim being now my wife to all the undivided Part of sd Deceased John Roussau as will Lands Negros Horses Cattle Household furniture with all mine and my sd Wife Margaret or Peggys Claim that we have or are Intitled now or may at any time for or(?) hereafter be Intitled to & I the sd. Wm Roussau son of sd Wm Roussau Do for myself my wife Margaret or Peggy & our heirs forever quit Claim & absolutely Relinquisht the Same to the said Wm Roussau son of John Roussau decd and will warrant and forever defend the same unto said Wm Roussau Son of John his heirs and assighns forever.
