Mrs. Salley McGahee

THOMPSON, Ga - Mrs. Sally Simons McGahee, 85, died Sunday in Warrenton, Ga.
Funeral services will be held today at 3 p.m. at Salem Methodist Church with 
Rev. Henry Wimberly officiating. Burial will be in Savannah Valley Memorial 
Gardens.
Mrs. McGahee was a native and lifelong resident of McDuffie County, and a 
member of Salem Methodist Church.
Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Clinton Perdue and Mrs. Winston Jones both of 
Thomson; six sons, Henry McGahee, Charleston, SC, Joseph McGahee and Eugene 
McGahee of Columbus, Ga Ruben McGahee of Jacksonville, Fla and Bobby McGahee of 
Thomson, three sisters, Mrs. Willy Fred Benson, and Louise Reese both of 
Thomson, Mrs. Sophie Hill of Harlem; two brothers, Ralph Simons of Thomson and 
Clarence Simons of Texas.
Grandsons will serve as Pallbears. Friends may call at the residence of Mr. and 
Mrs. Clinton Perdue, Wrens Road or at the Curtis Funeral Home.
