McAdams http://www.genrecords.net/emailregistry/vols/00011.html#0002655 August 31, 2004, 1:25 pm Augusta Chronicle May 7, 1808 DIED, on the 22 of March last in Columbia county, in the 29 year of her age, Mrs Sealy Wilkins, consort of William Wilkins, esq. after a short illness, a lady for conjugal and parental tenderness, for it appeared in her whole conduct that the virtues of a wife, mother, and friend seemed to conserved for the ascendancy in this amiable woman. She was the only daughter of the Rev. Francis Ross of Hancock county. She has left a husband and five small children, her remains were consigned to the tomb on the 23d at two o'clock amidst a numerous concourse of mourning friends and relations.
