The CONDITION of the above obligation is such that whereas the said Register of Probate hath this day Licensed any Minister of the Gospel or Justice of the Peace to join in the Honourable State of Matrimoney Henry Thomson of the one part & Hannah Griffyth of the other part provided that there be no Lawful cause to Obstruct the said marriage & they the saids Henry Thomson & William Thomson or either of them do well & truly save harmlefs the said Register of Probate & all & every other person or person concerned a gainst all & every other person or person whatsoever then this obligation to be void and of none effect or else to remain in full force & virtue. Hannah GRIFFIN THOMPSON, believed to be a daughter of ARW Michael GRIFFIN and his wife, Nancy Ann WELDON, died 1830 Jasper County, Georgia.
