These are to authorize and permit you to join in the Honorable State of 
MATRIMONY Troy Griffin of the one part and Martha Willingham of the other part 
according to the rites of your Church, provided there be no lawful cause to 
obstruct the same, and this shall be your authority for so doing.

Given under my hand as Clerk of the Court of Ordinary of the County aforesaid, 
this 18th day of December 1823.

Martha W. WILLINGHAM, born 10 Sep 1794; she died 02 November 1849; there were 
married 19 Dec 1823, Columbia County, Georgia
