Knoweth all men by these present that we Henry Cliatt and James Yarbrough am 
hold and freely bound unto the Court of Ordinary for said county in the sum 
of eight hundred and fifty seven dollars to which payment will and truly to 
be made we bond ourselves our heirs executors administrators and _______ 
jointly and severally firmly by their __________ sealed with our seals and 
dated the sixth day of April 1815.

The condition of the above obligation a such(?) that whereas there is a 
marriage intended to be __________ between the above named Henry Clyat and 
Sarah Zachry. Now if there be now lawfull cause to obstruct the same then 
they obligation to be boiced otherwise to remain in full force and _________
signed sealed and acknowledged in the presence of
