This file was contributed by: Pattie Causey pacausey@mindspring.com ==================================================================== JOHN TYLER ALLEN "Georgia In the Name of God Amen I John Tyler Allen of the state aforesaid and county of Columbia being weak and debilitated in body, but of sound mind and disposing memory; and knowing it is appointed for all men once to die - have concluded to dispose of my worldly estate, which the almighty has been pleased to bless me with, in the following manner, to wit, First It is my will and desire that all my just debts be paid as soon after my death as my executor hereinafter named can make it convenient Secondly It is my will and desire that my executors hereinafternamed shall make sales of any property which I may die possessed of or add to by purchase or otherwise any property which may by them seem to the interest of said estate and manage the estate in the most advantageous manner for the benefit of my children to wit. Alice Ann, Mercy Ruth, Mary Harriot, Sarah Lois Allens and divide my said estate both real and personal equally amongst my said children at any time my executor may think most conducive to the interest of my said children with these exception - that my negro man Robin remain in & belong to my estate until a division takes place 3rdly & Lastly I do hereby nominate my friends Peter Crawford Marshall Keith George Carey and Luimous?
