Item 1 It is my will and desire that all my Just debts shall be paid by my Executor out of my Effects Item 2 I give and bequeath unto my beloved Brother Archer Avary the whole of my property both real and personal, with this provision that he the said Archer shall take care or provide for the takeing care of my Sister Patty Wilborn during her natural life and lastly I appoint my Brother Archer Avary my Executor In witness hereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 10th August 1820 Asa Avary (seal) Test J.
