Smith one negro Girl named Anne and her increase 3d I bequeath unto my Son Harbert Avary one negro Girl named Sal and her increase 4th I bequeath unto my daughter Milly Farrar one negro Girl named Rachel and her increase 5th I bequeath unto my Son Archer Avary All and Singular the whole of my Real Estate Also one negro Girl named Eliza and her increase 6th I bequeath unto my Son Asa Avary one negro fellow named Bob Also the Sum of Six hundred dollars which Sum of money if not paid before my decease my desire is the Same be paid in Six months after my death out of my Estate 7th I bequeath unto my Son John Avary one negro boy named Nelson - the aforesaid negroes having been heretofore delivered to the aforesaid Legatees respectively 8th my further Will and desire is that the residue of my Estate may be sold on a credit to be agreed on by a majority of my four Sons to wit Harbert Archer Asa & John & my Executors hereafter named and the proceeds of Said Sales after deducting expenses to be equally divided Between my said four Sons Harbert Archer Asa & John and their Heirs 9th and Lastly I do hereby nominate and hereby appoint my Son Archer Avary and my friend Anderson Crawford Executors to this my last Will and testament revoking all former Wills by me made In testimony whereof I the said John Avary have hereunto set my hand and Seal this 15th day of January 1813.
