Baldwin one Negro Named Burris I Want son William A. Baldwin to pay to my Son Owen W. Baldwin one hundred Dollars in one year After the proving of my Will, if my son William A. Baldwin dies Childless I Want this property to Revert back to my son Owen W. Baldwin I give and Bequeath to my beloved Daughter Sarah Prior one Negro Woman Named Jenny Also one Negro girl named Juliann Also My Brood mare Also my Side Board Also three Hundred Dollars I give and bequeath to my beloved Daughter Mary Harrison and to the heirs of her body A negro Woman Named Meriah Also my Carrage and ! horse Also one dark boy Marc Also my Cubbert and loom and all the Weaving youtenshals, I give and bequeath to my beloved son Owen W. Baldwin one negro boy named Antony Also my greay horse Also my yong bay filly Also my bay Colt Also one yoke of Oxen Also my Waggon and geear Also my gin Also one tract of Land No. 221 in the Eight District of Wilkinson When Drawn Also one good Bed and furniture Also two hundred bushels of Corn and One Thousand Weight of fodder Also one Dozen of Silver Spoons Also two hundred and fifty Dollars Also five Notes that I hold as Gardiane for my Son Owen W. Baldwin on my son William A. Baldwin for two hundred and Eighteen Dollars and 47 Cents and the Interest on them Also one Note I hold on Felix Prior in the same Way for Sixty Six Dollars and the Interest on it Also one Note on Elizabeth Ray for ten Dollars all these Notes I hold as gardiane for my Son Owen W. Baldwin as his own money if my son Owen W. Baldwin Dies Childless the Negro boy na! med Antony that I give him I want to Revert Back to my beloved Daughter Sarah Prior and to the heirs of her Body I want the Dozen Silver Spoons to revert Back to Sarah prior and Mary Harrison. I give and bequeath to my three Little Grand Daughters one good bed and furniture A peace to be Chosen by their Mothers My will is that all the rest of my Estate be Sold and all my Just Debts be paid and the balance to be Equally Divided Among all my Children In this my Last will and Testament I do Appoint my beloved Son William A.
