H, FRANCES ALL & COM DECATOR BLACKSTONE WHICH PAYMENT WILL TRULY TO BE MADE WE BIND OURSELVES, OUR HEIRS, EXECUTORS AND ADMINISTRATORS FIRMLY BY THESE PRESENT, SEALED WITH OUR SEAL AND DATED THIS TWENTIETH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1825.
