Upon the petition of Hays Bowdre for himself and as guardian for Emily 
Bowdre, Eliza B. Bowdre and Collier Foster in right of his wife, 
Lucinda and Thomas J. Bowdre the legal heirs of Thomas W. Bowdre decd 
praying that a writ of distribution issue directed to David Walker, 
Leonard B. Smith, John Chatt, Stephen Lisles & William L. Crawford or a 
majority of them to divide said estate of George W. Bowdre, decd.
