MONDAY, APRIL 2, 1821

On the petition of Collier Foster adm. of the est. of George W.. Bowdre 
decd. praying an order of this court for leave to sell one negro woman 
by the name of Betty belonging to said estate for the benefit of the 
heirs and creditors of said decd.  Ordered that the said negro Betty be 
sold in terms of the statute in such case made & provided.
