Bowdre, a minor of Robert Bowdre, decd, over fourteen years of age praying that Collier Foster may be appointed his guardian. Ordered that Collier Foster be appointed guardian as aforesaid on his giving bond and security in the sum of $3,000.00. On the petition of Benjamin F. Bowdre a minor of Robert Bowdre decd, over the age of fourteen years praying that Collier Foster may be appointed his guardian. Ordered that Collier Foster be appointed guardian as aforesaid on his giving bond and security in the sum of $3,000.00. On the petition of Hays Bowdre praying that he may be appointed guardian to the persons and property of Elizabeth and Pamela Bowdre, minors of Robert Bowdre decd and Emily Bowdre, a minor of Elisha Bowdre decd. Ordered that Hays Bowdre be appointed guardian as aforesaid in his giving bond and security in the sum of $9,000.00.
