Bealle, Solomon Hoge, Pleasant Tendel, Joseph Crafton, Elisha Wilkens, Robert Crawford, James Yarbrough, William lackey, Robert Mace, David Walker and Leonard B. Smith or a majority of them to divide the said estate amongst the heirs & distributies of said estate to wit: Hays Bowdre, Collier Foster in right of his wife Lucinda formerly Lucinda Bowdry, Thomas J., Benjamin F., Eliza, Pamela and Emily Bowdry on agreeable to the statute in such case made and provided each share alike. On the petition of Hays Bowdre & Collier foster adm. of the estate of Robert Bowdre decd, praying a writ of distribution of the personal estate of said decd. Ordered that a writ of distribution be made and directed to William P. Bealle, Soloman Hoge, Joseph Crafton, Pleasant Tendel and Robert Crawford or a majority of them to distribute and divide the personal estate of Robert Bowdre decd. agreeable to law between the heirs to wit: Hays Bowdre, Collier Foster in right of his wife Lucinda formerly Lucinda Bowdre, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, Eliza and Pamela,and Emily Bowdre heir of Elisha Bowdre, decd, share and share alike.
