BURCH "Georgia In the name of God Amen I Obedience D. Burch being in good health, of sound mind and disposing memory but knowing the uncertainty of life Do make and ordain this my last will and Testament. Touching my worldly estate wherewith it has pleased God to bless me with in this life I dispose of in the following manner To wit Item First I give and bequeath unto my beloved Daughter Ann Burch One third of my real Estate Together with one half of my personal estate, to be paid her by my Executors (herein after named) when she arrives at age or marries Item Second I give and bequeath unto my beloved son John Burch one third of my real estate, together with one half of my personal Estate to be paid him by my Executors when he shall arrive at the age of Twenty One Years Item Third I give and bequeath unto my beloved daughter Eliza L. Kennedy who intermarried with John Kennedy the remaining third of my real estate Item Fourth I do hereby constitute and appoint my Brother Benjamin Bugg, and my friends William A.L. Collins and John Kennedy Executors of this my last Will and Testament Hereby revoking all and every other will and Testament by me made Hereby ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Twelfth day of February in the Year of Our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and Forty O.D.
