Waters Dunn Will recorded the 12th April 1803		Will Bk A, P. 170 
State of Georgia  Columbia County

Waters Dunn being weak in body but of Sound sencess do make this my last will 
disallowing all others heretofore made and first of all I will my soul to 
almighty God as he through his mercy gave it me if his graciousness will please 
to receive it and as for the worldly goods he was pleased to bestow on me I 
dispose of to (wit)  ---

First of all – I lend my wife Ann three Negros (to wit, Jansey, Silvia & Winny 
and all moveable estate during her natural life and so that their be noe waste  
made in case their should appear of waste by marriage or any other way that 
then She Shall give Security for the above but to remain in posesion her life 
and after her desease to return to my Estate --

Secondly I give my daughter Ann Blevin twenty Shillings as a bane of any more.

Thirdly I give all the remainder of my estate lying in part whatsoever to be 
equally divided amongst my children (to wit) Milacent, Waters, Richard, Sarah, 
Elizabeth, Gatewood, Catey, Happy, William and Clary and lastly will is that 
their shall be noe debts paid by accts. by the single oath of the creditor 
other than my books will appear. I do hereby constitute and appoint my son 
Waters, Richard, Gatewood & William Dunn my Executors to this my last will & 
testament this 20th May 1800.

James Wood and Alexander Gardner two of the subscribing witnesses to the within 
will after being duly sworn on the Gospels of Almighty God saith they were 
personally present & saw Waters Dunn Senr. ____ in his lifetime subscribe the 
within will as his last will and testament & requested the deponents to 
Subscribe their names thereto as witnesses and that the said Waters Dunn now 
deceased was at the signing and publishing said will of sound mind & disposing 
memory.
