Evans being of sound mind and Disposing memory do make and pronounce this my last Will & Testament hereby revoking all other wills by me made. Item 1st I desire all my just debts be paid Item 2 I give and bequeath to my wife Emma F. Evans and the children that she has or may have in her present coverture? with me, all the property of which I may die seized and possed. Item 3d I desire the property to be kept together untill the children become of age or marry, and after the death of my wife Emma F. Evans the whole of my Estate shall go to my children.
