This file was contributed by: Pattie Causey pacausey@mindspring.com ==================================================================== WILLIAM FEW "Georgia In the name of God Amen I William Few Sen'r. of the County of Richmond and State aforesaid being Sick and Weak in Body but of Sound and perfect memory knowing that all human things are Subject to mortality do after Committing my Body to the Earth and my Soul to God Who gave it wish to divide my Temporal Estate after my decease in the following manner Viz't. - First I give and bequeath unto my loveing Wife Anne Few one third part of all my Real and personal Estate after first paying the Legacies hereafter mentioned during her natural life or Widowhood ---- 2ndly I give and bequeath unto my Stepdaughter Catherine Hunt a likely young Negroe girl not under Ten years Old - also one Cow and Calf ------- 3rdly I give and bequeath unto my Stepdaughter Hennaretta Hunt a likely young Negroe girl not less than Ten Years Old also one Cow and calf -------- 4 I give and bequeath unto my th? Reverend Abraham Marshall and the Rev Jesse Matthew Harris Six pounds Specie each or Two Cows and Calves each - 5thly And lastly My desire is after legacies above mentioned is from That all my Real and personal Estate be equally divided among my five Children that is to say Benjamin Few William Few Ignatius Few Hannah Howard and Elizabeth Andrews Provided nevertheless that each of my Said Children Benjamin William Ignatius Hannah and Elizabeth do each of them Respectively Settle and adjust all accompts Notes Bond &c due to me? & from me Also to account for any legacies or portion heretofore Received by any or either of my Said Children that is to Say any or either of my sd. Children who may be indebted to me on a fair and Just settlement my desire is that such Child or children So indebted may have such ballance deducted out of her or his portion of my sd Estate and any of my Children Who has a Just ballance due them from me my Desire is That Such Child or Children may just Receive Such balance so due and ? Receive his or her Equal Part or Portion of my sd Estate - and that Two thirds of my said Estate be equally divided as above and Within Mentioned after my decease the Other One third to be divided in the Same Manner after the decease of my sd. Wife Ann Few and the sd. Legacys paid - Last of all I hereby Constitute appoint and Impower my Trusty and Well beloved friends Benjamin Andrews Benjmain Few Ignatius Few, and Rhesa Howard Esquires my lawful Executors to Execute this my last will and Testament and my said Executors are hereby fully Impowered to settle all my affairs to pay or Take Rect. anything due by sd.
