Langston my Lawful Exetor to this my last will and testament I Leave my Body to be discreetly buried and then all of my just debts to be paid out of my Estate - and the balance to be disposed of as follows - first I give to my wife Celia Langston one negro man by the name of Matt two head of horses of her Choice and bridle and Saddle four Cows and Calfe and four head of drye Cattle of her choice and all of ? hogs twelve head of sheep of her Choice and the gin and Tuning gear in the gin house Thrashing mechine and fan Blacksmiths tools and all of the ploughs and grindstone four trunks and three beds and furniture but at my wife Celia Langston Death or Entermarying again Nancy & Susan Langston Each is to have a bed stead bed and furniture and the other bed dispose as She pleases and I further give to my wife Celia Langston all of the Chairs Slab? and Contents and one Clock thats Tuning two tables and all of the Kichen furniture and two spining Wheels one pair Chards? loom and its Contents one Waggon and two pair gear - and the present Crop growing I give to my wife Seventy five Bushels of Wheat if made two hundred and Twenty five Bushels of Corn when divided three Thousand pounds of fodder and all of the Cold food, and the Crop of Cotton that is made this year to be Sold and James Whiticar paid one hundred and twenty five dollars for his year labour and then my wife to have the balance for the family use the Plantation she now lives on to the use of as long as she lives or untill she entermary again and then that Tract of land Containing of the ? of Two hundred acres of land give to my Son James Adney Langston, and balance that I give to my wife Celia to be sold at her death or Entermarying to be Sold and divided Equally between James Adney Langston Nancy Langston & Susan Langston I give to my Son Mark J. Langston the land he now lives on Containing one hundred & fifty acres more or less, I give to my Son William B. Langston the place Calld the Flinn tract Containing one hundred & fifty acres and fifty acres Calld the Seay? tract of land and one new saddle and bridle I give to my Soninlaw James Whiticar fifty dollars I give to my daughter Mary Langston one bed stead bed and furniture and fifty dollars I give to my daughter Emily Langston one bed stead bed and furniture and fifty dollars I give to Daughter Sarah H.
