I reserve 3 acres opposite his mill for his use, during my wife's life time, then to my son Levi. I give to my son Joseph Marshall the land I bought of Col. Few containing 400 acres. In case Levi should die before full age, then his land to become the property of Joseph. I give unto my two youngest daughters Elisa & Emely the tract of land lying on the other side the mill, in case either should die, the other shall have the property when of full age. I give to my two daughters Sally & Polly Crawford the tract of land whereon Robert Bartee now lives containing 333 acres to be divided between them. I give unto Nathan Crawford the lot of land I drew in the last lottery. I give unto Polly Crawford negroes, Bill & Nanee, Dave, Nancy, Milly & Jinny, the value of $1550. I give unto my son Joseph, negroes Jinny, Charlotte, Abraham, Harry, Natt, Dick the value of $1550. I give unto my wife during her life, negroes, Cate, Dick, Nick, Pherby, & Dicey the value of $1450. At her death to be the property of my son Levi. I give to my daughter Sally negroes Hannah, Rachel, Lewis, Aggy, & Little Will the value of $1450. I give unto my daughter negroes, Monday, Nancy, Natt, Louisa the value of $1400. I give unto my daughter Emely, negroes, John, Beck, Charly, & Candis at the value of $1400.
