NEAL "Georgia Columbia County In the name of God Amen I Richard S. Neal of Said State and County being advanced in age But of Sound and disposing mind and Memory knowing that I must Shortly depart this life deem it right and proper both as respects myself and Family that I shouls make a disposition of the property with which a kind Providence has blessed me I do therefore make this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all others by me heretofore made. First) I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christian like manner Suitable to my circumstances and condition in life Secondly) I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without delay Thirdly) I give bequeath and devise to my beloved Wife Sarah Catherine the tract of land whereon I now live for and during her natural life at her death to go to and be equally divided between my two Sons John H. and Robert E. Neal without limitation or reserve Fourthly) I give and bequeath to my beloved Wife the rest and residue of my estate of all Sorts and kinds for her use and benefit to be disposed by Will if She elects to do so But Should She fail to dispose of it by making a will I in that event direct and desire at her death all of such estate not disposed of by her to be equally divided between my two Sons John H. and Robert E. Neal Share and Share alike Fifthly) I hereby constitute and appoint my Wife Sarah C my Sons John H. and Robert E. Neal Execurix and Executors to this my last will and Testament May 10th 1883 R.S.
