CHARLES NELSON

"In the name of God Amen I Charles Nelson of the County of Columbia and State 
of Georgia being low in body but of sound mind and disposing memory do make 
Constitute and ordian this my last will Testament -

and do hereby constitute and appoint my well beloved Wife Lyda Nelson and 
John Langston (both of the County of Columbia) my Lawfull Executors to this 
my Last will And testament

First I give and bequath to my well beloved wife Lyda Nelson all and evry 
part of my Estate During her life or Widow Hood Consisting of Two Horses 
Lands Cattle Hoggs and House hold and kitchen furniture and Every part and 
particle of my Estate And it is my will that after Her death or Entermarige 
that my Estate Should Equal Devided among my five Children And my wife if 
married and if not married My Estate at her Death to be Equal Devided among 
My Children Polley Nelson Jesse Nelson John Nelson Jane Nelson Ebeneazer 
Nelson -

I do acknowledge this my Last Will and testament in witness whereof I do here 
unto Set my hand and affix my seal this 11th day of July in the year of our 
Lord one thousand Eight hundred And five
