In the name of God Amen Know all men by these Presents that I Martha Pollard of 
the State and County aforesaid being weak of Body but Sound and Disposing memory 
and not knowing the day of my death and wishing to dispose of the property the 
Lord has Blessed me with do make this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking 
all other or former Wills

Item 1st I will and bequeath unto my Daughters Mary F. Miles Sarah Dagnele 
Martha Lucus Lucinda Martin, Melvina Grubbs Two hundred Dollars apeice

Item 2 I will To the children of my Son Thomas Pollard five Dollars

Item 3 I will To my Daughter Eliza A. Toole five Dollars

Item 4 All the Balance of my Property that I may be possessed of at the time of 
my Death I will to my Son Levi A. Pollard he Paying off all the above Bequest

5 I appoint my Son Levi A. Pollard my Lawfull Exector to carry this my last will 
and Testament into effect

In Testimony I have Set my hand This 24 Febuary 1863
Signed and acknowlege before us this 24 Feb 1863
